Pageant Policies
1.All judges decisions are final.
2.CC&BB or any of its representatives will not be held responsible if injury
or theft occurs before, during or after the pageant.3. All photos become property of CC&BB pageant and may be used for
advertisement, website, banners, and paperwork as needed.4. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in loss of titles and awards, and
removal from the pageant if necessary as well as banishment from future
CC&BB pageants and contests.5. Bashing of contestants or parents will not be tolerated!
6.All fees are non-refundable unless pageant is cancelled. (Fees may be
transferred if an emergency situation arises.) CC&BB director reserves the right to forward deposits and or fees at her discretion.7. Entrance into contest signifies agreement and compliance with rules.
8. Contestants who have won more than $499 in a pageant for one title are not eligible to compete. For all deposits received the date will be noted. As long as you still have the novice status as of the date of your deposit you are eligible to compete in the pageant no matter how much money is won after the deposit is received. For instance if you send your deposit in August for an October CC&BB pageant and win a $500 (or more) cash prize in a pageant in September you are still able to compete at CC&BB in October because you were eligible when you sent your deposit. All contestants who compete in the prelims are eligible to compete at the next national pageant regardless of their pageant winnings between the date of the prelim and CC&BB Nationals.
