You choose how you compete!
Country Cutiesare all natural. Personality is what we are looking for! Contestants under 13 may not wear makeup of any kind; over 13 may wear light makeup. NO fake hair, teeth, tans etc!
Ballroom Beauties have no clothing or makeup restrictions.
NOW A TRUE NOVICE PAGEANT!
CC&BB GIVES BACK! – All contestants are asked to donate at least 10 items for charity. We will be supporting Haven Ministry, a local homeless shelter for families. Non-perishable foods, and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels and tissues, etc) are desperately needed. The contestant contributing the most qualifying items will receive a custom CC&BB crown
Beauty:
CC- Dresses must be “off the rack (OTR)” only! This means you may not wear a custom made dress. No pageant dresses! Flower girl, Department Store and Hollywood Babe dresses are acceptable. You may not add or do anything to the dress to enhance it. The dress should look exactly how it did when you bought it. Some dresses already include rhinestones even store bought, this is ok, but should be minimal and you may NOT add extra rhinestones! Alterations to ensure a proper fit are permitted.
BB- There are no restrictions for this category! Dresses may be “OTR,” flower girl, custom made, Hollywood Babe or from department stores.
Interview: All contestants ages 4-7 will be asked simple questions onstage before their beauty event. Contestants 8 and up should give a short introduction.
Photogenic:
CC- Photos may be snapshots, stage shots (from a natural pageant) or professional photos. All photos must be completely natural and may not be enhanced or retouched. Contestants may not have make up on (under 13 years old) and may not have any extra hair other than their own. Photos should show the true beauty and personality of the contestant. Photos must be current (within last two years).
BB- There are no restrictions on photos for this event. Photos must be current (within last two years).
All photos must be 8 X 10 or 8.5 X 11 and in a protective covering.
Hard photo protectors will be available for $2 each.
Modeling: (Casual wear/Pro-Am)
CC- Contestants may only compete in Casual Wear. All outfits must be “OTR.” No part of the casual wear may be custom made or enhanced. This outfit must look exactly as it did when you bought it. Tags will be checked! Modeling will be straight runway style, no jacket tricks or fast spins. NO Pro-am modeling!
BB- Contestants may compete in Casual Wear or Pro-am. There are no clothing or modeling restrictions for this category.
Outfit of Choice:
There are no restrictions on clothing for this event for either Country Cuties or Ballroom Beauties. Country Cuties must follow the makeup guidelines listed above. This is an optional extra event and can be used to replace either the photogenic or modeling score. Anything goes!
Eligibility
Country Cuties & Ballroom Beauties is proud to announce a new change to our system. We are now a true novice pageant. Contestants who have won more than $500 cash for one title at a pageant since February 18, 2010 are not eligible to compete at Country Cuties & Ballroom Beauties.
Talent –Talent titles will be separate from pageant titles. The talent competition will not be separated into glitz vs. natural. There are no restrictions on hair, makeup or clothing for this event. Talent contestants must be registered pageant contestants.
Talent winners will receive a Jackpot cash prize. There will be a 0-5, 6 -12 and 13 and up Talent Supreme winner each receiving ½ of all talent entry fees collected. Contestants will be judged based on age ability, entertainment value and skill. Only one contestant per performance. Three minute time limit. Talent titles will be double crowned.
Teamin Up- Only at CC&BB, the “Teamin Up” event! This event is for teams of two or more. Anything goes for this fun event! Mother-Daughter, Father-Daughter, Siblings, Coach-student(s), Pageant Pals etc. Anyone is eligible to compete in this event including past royalty, lifetime queens, and contestants who do not qualify for novice status. Contestants for this event do not need to be entered in the pageant to compete. There are no hair, makeup or clothing restrictions for this event.
Acts will be judged based on entertainment appeal and wow factor. Make the judges laugh, cry, or say “awww”. We are looking for the act that people will be talking about all year long!
The “Ultimate Teamin Up team” will be the team with the highest score and will win a jackpot cash prize of ½ of all Teamin up entry fees. Contestants may be part of more than one Teamin Up team. There is a $20 entry fee per team regardless of how many teams you join or how many contestants are on a team. Teamin Up titles can be double crowned.
CC&BB Policy on vendors
At CC&BB we do not endorse or support any one vendor in particular. We do post a vendors list on our website and will add anyone to it who requests. We cannot suggest or recommend any person or persons for hair and makeup, tanning, coaching, photos etc. We merely make it known which vendors are available for various services at our events. Similarly, contestants may be rest assured that no particular groups or vendors are preferred over any others. Titles won have no bearing whatsoever on which vendor you choose to use or not use. Any agreement made with vendors is between the contestant and vendor and CC&BB or its representatives are not involved. It is a business transaction between you and that person and CC&BB is not responsible in any way for: delivery of services, satisfaction of clients, fulfillment of agreement on the part of either party, injury, loss or theft. We will not tolerate any negative or derogatory comments, banners, or media from or about one vendor to another.
PRIZES!
Grand Supremes:
There will be 8 Grand Supremes; 1 Country Cuties GS and 1 Ballroom Beauties GS. These will be the contestants in their category with the highest total scores in all three events (beauty, photogenic and modeling). Each Grand Supreme will receive a beautiful Crown, Sash, and “CC&BB Bucks” for discount at the state pageant.
Overalls:
There will be two Overall Photogenic, Overall Modeling, and Overall Most Beautiful winners, 1 Country Cuties and 1 Ballroom Beauties. These will be the two contestants in their category with the highest scores after Grand Supreme titles are pulled. This title will not be double crowned! Each Overall winner will receive a beautiful Crown, Sash, and gift.
Age Division Supremes:
In each age division there will be two Age Division Queens; 1 Country Cuties Age Division Queen and 1 Ballroom Beauties Age Division Queen. These will be the contestants with the highest combination of beauty, modeling and photogenic scores in their age division and category. Each Age Division Queen will receive a beautiful Crown, Sash, and gift.
Princesses:
Every contestant not receiving a supreme, overall or queen title will be crowned a Country Cuties Princess or Ballroom Beauties Princess. Princesses will receive a beautiful Crown, sash and gift.
Side Awards:
There will be winners in each age division and category for Best Eyes, Best Hair, Best Smile, Best Personality, and Best Dressed. The side award winners will receive a shopping trip to the prize table!

Siblings - As always, the second child receives 50% off their pageant fees.
Only one discount may be used per contestant!

All photos become property of CC&BB and its affiliates and may be used for advertisement on flyers, website, emails as they see fit. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in loss of titles and awards and removal from pageant if necessary. Bashing of contestants, parents, vendors or coaches will NOT be tolerated! All fees are non-refundable. In the event pageant is cancelled, deposits will be transferred to a future pageant.
