Misc. Stuff        

*Cameras will not be allowed in the ballroom. A professional photographer will be available to take stage shots and you may purchase photos directly from the photographer.      

*All contestants will be given their custom CC&BB pillowcases at registration along with a fabric marker so that signatures and autographs may be obtained throughout the weekend from friends and fellow contestants. You are encouraged to bring your own items to decorate your pillow or for your friends’ pillows such as: ribbon, patches, puffy paint, rhinestones, etc.       

*The party Saturday night will again be a Valentine’s themed party. Contestants are encouraged to create a “mailbox” and bring valentines to deliver. Wear your favorite Valentine’s themed pajamas or outfit.        

*All photos and comp cards must be handed in with a photo protector. Hard 8.5x11 photo protectors will be for sale at registration for $2.        

*Each age group will begin with a group lineup of all contestants beginning with Country Cuties, followed by Ballroom Beauties. After group lineup, each contestant will begin their individual beauty walk. Contestants 4-9 will be asked a question onstage when they begin their individual beauty walk, 10 and up will complete their self introduction before their individual beauty walk as well.

*All prizes and monetary amounts are guaranteed. All cash will be paid on stage. If there are at least 50 contestants, Age division grands and Overall Supremes will also win $50 cash. CC&BB director and its staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any contestants, parents, family, coaches or other vendors at their discretion. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the pageant without refund of any fees paid and/or requirement to relinquish any titles given. Grand Supremes and Mini-supremes will not be allowed to compete in the same category at any CC&BB pageants for one year and are encouraged to hostess at all 2009 preliminary and national pageants.
